No. The app supports field work and contingency within synced data: housekeeping, issues, minibar and provisional arrivals are saved encrypted and sent when the network returns, marked as pending meanwhile. New channel bookings, payments, invoicing and some decisions require connectivity.

No. Impulso and Getabed measure demand and attribution, but results depend on offer, price, availability, content, reputation, spend and market.

Yes. You sign up and your request joins a waiting list; once approved you get a 30-day trial on the Manager plan. If you have a single unit, Solo Free works in the app without creating an account.

Every sale goes through the same availability gate: booking engine, checkout, front desk, manual entries and OTA bookings. Only an authorized role can overbook, with a recorded reason.

Nothing is overwritten. The booking goes into quarantine with unit alternatives and someone on your team decides; the decision history is kept.

CFDI 4.0 invoicing is integrated into the console, with invoices, credit notes, payment complement and global invoice, and its stamping is verified in a test environment. Production stamping is enabled with your digital seal certificate and the production agreement with the PAC; until then we don’t quote it as available.
