With the Distribution add-on, GestaProp syncs availability and rates with OTAs. Your physical inventory is one: the room sold on Booking.com stops being available on your engine and on Airbnb, and a conflict is never resolved silently.

Conflict quarantine

Priority queues, staggered retries and an automatic cut-off if the channel fails, so updates are neither lost nor repeated.
Revenue recommendations
Configurable rules per property suggest raising or lowering rates based on occupancy, allotment and up to five competitors. They never go below the minimum, and you decide whether to apply them.
Agencies and partners
Commissions, credit days, agreements and net rates. Your partners check availability and book from their own portal.
