Collect in your checkout, with the provider you choose.

Guests pay in your property’s checkout by card (with 3-D Secure), OXXO, SPEI or bank transfer; they can also leave a deposit or pay at the property, as each rate plan allows. The guest chooses the payment method, never the account: you decide which account collects each method. GestaProp is the authority for every charge and only the provider’s verified notice confirms the payment.

Included option Gesta Payments 4.1% + $3 MXN Per transaction in Solo Pago and Team, plus VAT; Manager fees are set by contract. No extra contracts with a payment provider. Processes card, OXXO and SPEI through Stripe; the OXXO voucher and SPEI CLABE are shown with their expiry.

Add-on Your own PSP Connect your Stripe, Openpay, Conekta or Mercado Pago account and pay only your provider’s rate: Gesta Payments does not charge its fee on those charges. Choose a primary account per method, per property or for the whole organization.

No provider Bank transfer You enter your bank, account holder and CLABE; the checkout and the confirmation email show them to the guest. The booking is confirmed with a pending balance and your team reconciles the transfer on the folio.

Solo Free does not enable online payments. If a charge fails, it is not retried with another provider: the method fails and the checkout says so. PayPal is not available.

Why we publish the Gesta Payments fee

In Solo Pago and Team we charge 4.1% + $3 MXN per transaction, plus VAT, when Gesta Payments processes the charge. Manager fees are set in the Service Order. It is not the market norm: many hotel platforms resell processing with a markup the property never sees published.

One fee, no hidden charges In Solo Pago and Team: 4.1% + $3 MXN per transaction, plus VAT. In Manager, as contracted. No per-account fees or extra contracts with a payment provider.

You can use your own PSP If you connect your Stripe, Openpay, Conekta or Mercado Pago account, Gesta Payments does not charge its fee on those charges: you only pay your provider’s rate.

What the 4.1% + $3 covers Card, OXXO and SPEI processing; fraud prevention; reconciliation of every charge in the folio; and refunds to the same account that collected.

Opacity has a cost Industry analyses estimate that platforms reselling payments add 0.3% to 1.5% over the processor and that their all-in cost is around 4% with no breakdown; for some, that charge already surpasses subscription as a revenue source.

How a payment is confirmed

01 The guest accepts the current policy and starts payment in your property’s checkout; the amount is set by the server.

02 GestaProp holds inventory for 30 minutes; with OXXO, until the issued voucher expires. If it expires unpaid, the nights are released.

03 The payment provider processes the charge with the account you designated.

04 GestaProp receives the webhook, verifies its signature with that account’s secret and discards duplicates.

05 The booking is confirmed in your console, with a folio and an email to the guest.

06 A refund goes back to the same account that collected and is recorded on the folio with its reason.
