The server sets the price

No browser, widget or API key sets a total; every amount comes from a server quote.

Nothing is deleted

Bookings, payments, closes and statements are corrected with a new entry and stay in the log.

Each organization isolated

Each customer’s data lives separately at the database level, not just on screen.

Responsible availability

We sell what can be delivered

Getabed Suite remains the production platform during the transition. GestaProp is enabled by profile and cohort.

Available Can be contracted and run within standard scope. Included in contract and onboarding.

Paid pilot Limited scope, success criteria and rollback. Not announced as general availability.

Planned On the roadmap or in demand research. Not charged as a delivered capability.

Blocked Depends on tax, provider, hardware or production validation. Not quoted until the block is cleared.

How an account gets started

Discovery and fit

Units, inventory ownership, team, channels, booking, payments, invoicing and top priority.

Clear proposal

Base plan, add-ons, payment fee, implementation, scope, exclusions and delivered product.

Data and verification

Inventory, users, policies, bank account, identity, access and required content.

Setup and validation

Data is loaded or imported from Getabed Suite, booking is tested, channels mapped, payment accounts connected and training given within the contracted scope.

First full operation

The account is active once a representative booking, payment or workflow is completed.

Review and expansion

Adoption, direct bookings, support and next capabilities are measured.
