How it works
HR is integrated with GestaProp and verified end to end in a test environment; it will be enabled by cohort. It includes employee records, shifts, incidents, leave, training, evaluations, NOM-035, health and safety, remote work and pre-payroll. Employee self-service in the app and payroll stamping are deferred capabilities; payroll calculation is out of scope.
Does GestaProp calculate payroll?
No. Pre-payroll is exported to your provider (Runa, Contpaqi Nóminas or other), which calculates and stamps it.
Who is responsible for labor compliance?
Each property or agency. HR is a support tool to organize the information.
Is there a change log?
Yes. Every action is recorded in an event log with its actor.
Who sees my team’s personal data?
Only people with the HR permission in your organization. The record lives in the HR service and GestaProp does not copy it: it only stores the link between each user and their employee record.
Does an employee need a GestaProp user?
No. An employee can exist in HR without signing in to the console; if they also operate the property, their user is linked to their record.
