What you can do

01 Rates and seasons Prices per unit and by date, with no parallel spreadsheets.

02 Restrictions Minimum stay and date conditions to protect occupancy.

03 Promo codes Offers with validity, cap and restrictions, measurable through to booking.

04 Policies Each offer carries its policy; requotes always use the server policy.

05 14-night workspace Rate, availability and minimum stay per unit type in a keyboard-editable grid, with the sync status of every cell.

06 Range changes Set price, minimum and maximum stay, closed to arrival or departure, stop sell and booking window over a date range, by weekday or by season.

07 Derived plans A child plan follows its base plan with a percentage or fixed adjustment; edit the base and the derived plan recalculates itself.

08 Preview before publishing See before and after, the affected plans and any conflicts. A price below the plan minimum is not published, and a large change asks for a reason.

09 Channels per plan Each plan declares whether it sells through distribution channels, on your booking engine or both: the same plan on both or independent plans.

10 Coupons and extras Discount codes with validity and cap, and extras such as breakfast or transfers added to the server quote.

11 Price recommendations On Manager, rules based on occupancy, demand and competition suggest raising or lowering the rate, with evidence. You decide: nothing changes until you apply it.

01 Define Set up plans, seasons, derived plans and restrictions in the console.

02 Review and publish The preview shows every difference; once published, website, widget and Getabed.mx quote against the backend and nobody calculates money on their own.

03 Distribute With the Distribution add-on, rates and availability go to OTAs in batches with retries and their own history.

Rates are part of Solo Pago, Team and Manager. OTA distribution requires Team with the Distribution add-on.

FAQ

Can my website and OTAs have different prices?

GestaProp is the price source of truth; how it is published on each channel is defined in your setup and Distribution.

Are promotions part of Impulso?

Impulso designs promotions with code and cap; they are configured as offers in GestaProp and measured through to booking.

Does GestaProp change my prices automatically?

No. Manager recommendations are suggestions with a reason and estimated impact. If the rate changed since they were generated, they are not applied and you are asked to review.

Can I bring my rates from Getabed Suite?

Yes. The migration imports plans and rates by date, with channel mappings, so you don’t start from scratch.
