Hold
On confirmation, the block deducts availability by type and night so channels and direct sales can’t overbook it. You can release unclaimed rooms before cut-off, with a reason.

Name
Load the rooming list and confirm the valid rows: each becomes an individual booking with its own folio and the group rate.

Operate and settle
Record deposits, track pickup, charge guests what is theirs and close the group once everything is reconciled.
