Gesta Payments
In Solo Pago and Team, a 4.1% + $3 MXN per-transaction fee, plus VAT, with card, OXXO and SPEI. In Manager, as contracted.
Your own PSP
Add-on with a monthly fee as in force at contracting, plus your provider’s fee: Stripe, Openpay, Conekta or Mercado Pago.
Primary account per method
Decide which account collects card, OXXO or SPEI, per property or for the whole organization.
Webhook confirmation
The booking is confirmed when the provider validates the charge. Each notice is verified with the secret of the account that collected and duplicates are discarded.
Deposit and pay at the property
Each rate plan defines its deposit percentage; the balance stays on the folio to be collected during the stay.
Bank transfer
Show your bank and CLABE in the checkout and the confirmation; your team reconciles the transfer against the balance.
Payment links
Send a single-use link to collect a balance or an extra charge outside the checkout.
Refunds with a reason
The refund goes back to the account that collected, requires a reason and never exceeds what was paid minus what the policy retains.
Provider reconciliation
Each payout separates the processor’s fee and its VAT, so you know how much actually arrives.
Chargeback dossier
Signature, IP, ID, folio and log in a sealed package, ready to answer a dispute.
