Can I see how much I save on OTA commissions?
With Impulso, the report includes attributed bookings and OTA commission avoided.
Do reports include OTA bookings?
Bookings from synced channels are recorded in GestaProp with their source and commission.
Can I compare against last year?
Yes. The revenue dashboard compares each 7, 14 or 30-day period with the previous year and explains in words what changed.
What does the owner see?
On Manager, their own portal with their units’ occupancy, settlements and sealed PDF statements that never change once issued.
