01 Prepare GestaProp sends the booking data; the service builds and seals the XML and validates it against the XSD. Anything inconsistent is rejected before reaching the PAC.

02 Stamp Finkok stamps; the service verifies UUID, seal and XSD and stores the encrypted XML as evidence.

03 Notify A signed webhook confirms the result and the panel updates in real time.
